Congressional Primary Winners by Fundraising Receipts: June 29, 2016

*California hosts top-two primaries, where candidates from both parties compete in the same primary, and the candidates receiving the most and second-most votes become the contestants in the general election. For the purposes of this study, California primary contestants are segregated by party, as they are in other states. Contests in which multiple candidates from one party compete but none win the top-two primary are denoted in grey -- these are races are not included in the final calculation of how often better-funded candidates win their congressional races.
